With a dedicated focus on serving our diverse community, we offer primary care, dental and behavioral health for adults and children up to 18 years old. In addition, we also provide gynecological care, diabetic retinopathy screening, and health coaching. As an innovation hub within Tapestry 360 Health, we continuously strive to pilot new care models and technologies, placing patient well-being at the forefront of everything we do.
