Health & Wellness Programs
Tapestry 360 Health offers various health education and wellness opportunities. We can connect you to wellness groups programming, 1:1 health coaching, Integrative Medicine consultations, referrals for community healers, and more! We believe in your WHOLE health, and that means honoring and addressing everything from what brings you joy, to your life stressors, to your support system, and beyond!
For established patients, we offer:
- Cooking and nutrition
- Chronic and acute pain management
- Diabetes education & support
- Emotional wellbeing support (e.g., mindfulness, mind-body connection practices, etc.)
- Parent/family education
- Smoking cessation support
- All groups and scheduling are subject to change
For community members (i.e., if you are not a patient at Tapestry 360), we offer various classes including:
- FREE Zumba classes
- Referral to free yoga classes
Group Classes
At Tapestry 360 Health, we offer Group Medical Visits (GMVs) to patients. These are groups where you and others with a common condition or interest meet with a provider to learn about and practice health information and create systems for support, motivation, and accountability. These groups are a proven and effective way to manage your overall health, medical condition(s), and/or make a sustainable lifestyle change. Sometimes, the provider may even be your very own PCP!
Cost: All of our groups are offered at ZERO-COST to patients. For billing concerns, contact below.
Our groups are offered in-person or virtually, English or Spanish.
We offer groups related to acute and chronic pain, chronic disease, emotional health & wellbeing, cooking & nutrition, and much more!
