Medical Assistant and Medical Receptionists.

Tapestry 360 Health is looking for Medical Assistants (MAs) who are passionate about providing high quality healthcare in the North Side communities we serve. Tapestry 360 Health is a great organization to begin, build, or cement your career opportunities as a Medical Assistant. As an integral Care Team member, Tapestry 360 Health MAs provide clinical services to patients from the waiting area to the exam room, document care in the EMR, and assist providers with routine care, lab procedures, and administrative tasks.

We are currently seeking medical receptionists -- which we call Patient Support Specialists (PSS) -- who have a sincere interest in healthcare work in the North Side communities we serve. We welcome those who are just starting out in or recently returning to the workforce. Tapestry 360 Health PSSs provide excellent customer service to patients from the moment they enter our doors to the moment they leave. They are the first interaction our patients experience whether that's over the phone to verify insurance coverage or answer billing questions. Our PSS teams are dedicated customer service pros who love helping our patients.

Among other honors and recognitions, Tapestry 360 Health has achieved Joint Commission Accreditation for Ambulatory Care, as well as certification as a Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) and is recognized as a PCMH by the Health Resources and Services Administration. We’ve also been recognized by the American Medical Association with a Joy in Medicine award for innovation.

We are partnering with the National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement (NIMAA) to train medical assistants. The 29-week program requires a commitment of approximately 32 to 36 hours/week. The current cost of the program is $6,785 but with a two-year commitment to employment after graduation, we will cover your cost.
