Welcome to Tapestry 360 Health – Kilmer, where we prioritize the well-being of your child. Our school-based health center offers a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the unique needs of adolescents. From school and sports physicals to vaccinations, treatment of injuries, reproductive health services, counseling, psychiatry, and more, we’re here to support your child’s health journey.
Accessing our services is convenient and hassle-free for students, as we’re located right on campus. All services are provided free of charge for students, and we work closely with their established primary care providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
