Through the Illinois Family Planning Program (IFPP), we offer comprehensive, voluntary family planning services for anyone seeking confidential reproductive care. With support from the HFS Family Program, Illinois Department of Public Health (Title X), and Family Planning Presumptive Eligibility (FPPE), we’re here to help you take charge of your health.

Our program provides essential sexual and reproductive health services, including contraceptive supplies, at low or no cost to those in need.

Services are conveniently located at our 845 W. Wilson Clinic. No insurance needed! Call us at 773-751-7800 to schedule your appointment today.

Did you know:

  • The percent of family planning users who were patients nearly doubled, with the most consistent increases occurring among men aged 20–29 and ≥30 years.
  • One-fifth of all U.S. patients in need of publicly funded contraceptive services and supplies are served by the Family Planning Program
