How To Donate

The Doris Gray and Patricia Parsons Fund was established in memory of two inspiring, long-serving consumer board members whose dedication strengthened Tapestry 360 Health and the communities we serve. The fund supports a partnership between Tapestry 360 Health and the National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement, with all proceeds providing tuition support for students pursuing careers as medical assistants.

The Nancy S. Katz Early Childhood Literacy Fund, named in honor of the late mother of Tapestry 360 Health’s retired provider, Marcia Katz, Family Practice MD, was established through generous gifts from Dr. Katz and her sister, Judith Lubershane. The fund provides books as prescriptions for young Tapestry 360 Health’s patients through the Reach Out and Read program, helping families make reading a part of their children’s healthy development. Currently offered at Lincoln Square and Wilson, we hope to expand the program to all Tapestry sites. Your donation can help make that expansion possible—and put more books into the hands of young patients and their families.

A gift of stock or other securities may help reduce your capital gains liability while supporting Tapestry 360 Health. Please notify us in advance of any stock transfer so we can provide our broker with the necessary instructions to accept your gift and ensure that it is properly tracked and acknowledged for income tax purposes. A gift can honor a loved one’s life or celebrate a friend’s special occasion. When you make a tribute gift in someone’s name, the honoree or the family of someone being remembered will be notified of your thoughtful gift, while the gift amount remains private.

To make a tribute gift online, complete the donation form and check “I would like to dedicate this donation.” Then provide the honoree’s name and contact information so we can notify them of your gift.

You can double—or even triple—the impact of your charitable contribution through many companies’ matching gift programs. Most programs match employee donations dollar for dollar, while some offer even greater matches.

Tapestry 360 Health is happy to provide documentation or proof of your donation to support your matching gift request. Some companies also extend matching gift benefits to spouses and retirees.
