How To Donate

The Doris Gray and Patricia Parsons Fund was created in memory of two inspiring and long-serving consumer board members. The fund supports a partnership between Tapestry 360 Health and the National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement. All proceeds will underwrite tuition for students training to become medical assistants.

The Nancy S. Katz Early Childhood Literacy Fund, named in honor of the late mother of HHC’s Marcia Katz, Family Practice MD., was seeded by generous donations from Dr. Katz and her sister, Judith Lubershane. This fund supports books as prescriptions for young HHC patients as part of the Reach Out and Read program. Currently active in Lincoln Square and Wilson, ultimately our hope is to expand this program across all sites. You can help make this happen with a donation.

A gift of stock or securities may lower your capital gains liability. Make a gift that honors a life or acknowledge a friend’s special occasion by making a special donation in their name. Honorees or families of those remembered will be notified of your gift while the amount will remain private. To make a tribute gift online, complete the donation form and check the "I would like to dedicate this donation" to record the honoree’s name and appropriate contact information for notification.
