Nick Koch, MSN, RN, APRN
Nick Koch, MSN, RN, APRN, is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in oncology, primary care, and chronic disease management. He brings extensive experience caring for diverse and underserved populations across community and hospital settings.
Nick integrates evidence-based practice with compassionate, patient-centered care to promote preventive health, wellness, and disease management across the lifespan. His clinical expertise encompasses oncology nursing, pain management, and geriatric care, and he is committed to enhancing access and outcomes for all patients.
He holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Certificate as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Marquette University. Nick is also certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and maintains active memberships in the Oncology Nursing Society and the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association.
Nick joined Tapestry 360 Health in 2025 and provides care full-time at our Lakeview and Wilson locations.
