Kristin Allen is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from DePaul University School of Nursing in 2015.
Kristin joined Tapestry 360 Health in 2022. She has worked for Heartland Alliance Healthcare, HCR ManorCare skilled nursing center, University of Chicago Medical Center and North Shore University Health System. As a primary care provider, she’s enthusiastic about the variety of services and comprehensive approach to care she’s able to offer to diverse patients.
