Our Touhy community health center was the first center we opened. A small but dedicated group of concerned residents, The Neighbors for a Healthy Rogers Park, was instrumental in opening our first site. They conducted a community health care assessment to show the need, secured local support, and partnered with us to bring a federally qualified health center to the neighborhood. To this day, we still provide quality care for the Touhy neighborhood.
