On Friday, October 7th, 2022, Tapestry 360 Health (HHC), will hold its 7th Annual from the Heart Gala at Venue West in Chicago. We are so excited to be back in person! We will also offer a way for supporters to participate virtually.

The Gala is our biggest fundraising event of the year and helps fund our continued growth in providing fully integrated care including vital mental health interventions, expanded refugee health services, wellness classes and so much more.
