At Tapestry 360 Health, we are dedicated to providing affirming, high-quality care for all LGBTQ+ patients.
Services Offered:
- Primary Medical Care – vaccinations, physicals, etc.
- Sexual & Reproductive Health– STI testing, birth control, pregnancy tests
- Gender Affirming Care – Hormone therapy
- Mental Health & Resources Support – counselling, mental health support, support with housing, food, etc.
What is Gender Affirming Care?
Tapestry strives to provide a safe and inclusive experience for all patients. We offer specific services for individuals seeking gender-affirming hormone therapy and/or mental health support.
What we do specifically
- We provide non-surgical GAC, including primary care, gender inclusive cancer screenings, hormone therapies, and mental health resources.
What can you expect at an appointment?
- At your visit, you may get a health screening, labs, and determine if/what hormones might be appropriate for you.
- Tapestry providers practice using an informed consent model: hormones can be therapeutic for many people, but they also may come with potential risks and irreversible changes on the body. You will discuss with your provider the risks and benefits of hormone therapy and decide what is right for you.
