Laurie Carrier, MD
Dr. Laurie Carrier is the Clinical Director of Integrative Medicine & Collaborative Care at our partner location, Trilogy. She completed her residency at the University of Cincinnati in family medicine and psychiatry, where she served as chief resident.
Laurie joined Tapestry 360 Health in 2009, and worked her way up from becoming the Director of Behavioral Healthcare to Chief Medical Officer. In 2024, Laurie stepped down as CMO to take on her current position. She helped implement integrated care throughout Tapestry 360 Health at the community sites, the school-based health centers and with community mental health partners. Laurie has an appointment at Swedish Covenant Hospital and an appointment as an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg’s School of Medicine, Department of Community and Family Practice.
Her interests include preventative health, global health, dual diagnosis, and serious mental illness.
