Tapestry 360 Health receives over $380K to strengthen healthcare systems

CHICAGO, IL – January 12, 2026 — Tapestry 360 Health, a federally qualified health center (FQHC) delivering comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services to more than 28,000 patients annually, has been selected as a partner in Endeavor Health’s 2026 Community Investment Fund (CIF).

Tapestry 360 Health is one of nine organizations to receive a CIF Capacity Builder Award, totaling $384,270, to strengthen organizational sustainability and protect access to care amid Medicaid reimbursement reductions and shifting federal funding priorities.

This investment arrives at a pivotal moment for Tapestry 360 Health, as reductions in Medicaid spending significantly impact FQHC sustainability. With 15 community-based clinics on Chicago’s North Side and approximately 60% of patients enrolled in Medicaid, reimbursement changes pose a direct risk to service availability, workforce stability, and access to care.

“As Medicaid reimbursement reductions and federal funding shifts create uncertainty for safety-net providers, Endeavor Health’s investment reinforces our mission,” said Nicole Willis, CEO of Tapestry 360 Health. “This support allows us to strengthen our infrastructure and sustain high-quality, compassionate care for the patients and communities who rely on us. We are grateful for Endeavor Health’s partnership and shared commitment to protecting access to care when it matters most.”

Endeavor Health selected Tapestry 360 Health as one of nine new Capacity Builder recipients and among 42 community partners across Chicagoland, working to address critical needs related to behavioral health, food and housing insecurity, access to care, and careers in healthcare.

“Through our Community Investment Fund, we’re collaborating with trusted local organizations to remove barriers to care and create long-term solutions,” said Kristen Murtos, Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer of Endeavor Health.

Tapestry 360 Health will use the investment to strengthen its operational infrastructure, adapt, and remain resilient amid ongoing changes in federal and state healthcare, and ensure patients—especially those from low-income and underserved communities—continue to have uninterrupted access to comprehensive, high-quality care.
