We are excited to announce that we are changing our electronic medical record system to improve the patient experience and provide you with better healthcare.

One feature is a new patient portal that will allow easier access to appointments, your health information, providers, and members of your care team. Learn more about the benefits of the patient portal and how to register.

As part of the change to the new system, we will need to update some of your medical information including your medical insurance card, list of medications, ID, and proof of income. Please bring these items to your next appointment and arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth transition. Additional information may be required, and we will send out details about the documents we need in future correspondence.
