Diana Sorber, is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at our Albany Park and Lincoln Square locations. Her collaborative approach extends beyond patient care as she’s worked closely with healthcare providers in Chicago, ensuring holistic treatment plans for psychiatric patients. Her treatment plans include administering psychotropic medications and offering supportive counseling. Her diverse clinical experiences at Rush University Medical Center, Trilogy Behavioral Health and Lurie Children’s Hospital, has equipped her with a unique skill set to address the nuanced needs of patients.

With a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University College of Nursing, Diana has honed her skills in providing comprehensive care to individuals with mental health needs, improving health literacy and advancing healthcare practices.
