We can connect you to wellness groups programming, 1:1 health coaching, Integrative Medicine consultations, referrals for community healers, and more! We believe in your WHOLE health, and that means honoring and addressing everything from what brings you joy, to your life stressors, to your support system, and beyond!

For established patients, we offer:

• Emotional wellbeing support (e.g., mindfulness, mind-body connection practices, etc.)
