Nicole Willis, CEO of Tapestry 360 Health, leads with a steadfast commitment to equity, inclusivity, and compassionate care for Chicago’s diverse north-side communities. Appointed in April 2021, Nicole took on her role during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing over 20 years of healthcare experience and an in-depth understanding of clinical and operational needs. She joined Tapestry 360 Health in 2018 as Director of Community Health Centers, quickly rising to Vice President of Operations in 2019.
