At Tapestry 360 Health, we are committed to providing timely access to care for every patient. To support this goal, we have updated our Appointment Policy, effective July 1, 2025.

What Counts as a Missed Appointment

An appointment will be considered missed if any of the following occur:

  • Failure to Arrive: You do not attend your scheduled appointment.
  • Late Cancellation: You cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Late Arrival: You arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled time.
  • Telehealth Appointments:
    • You do not answer the initial or follow-up call.
    • You do not enter the virtual waiting room on time.
    • Any of the above is not resolved within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment.

Restricted Status

  • Patients who miss two appointments within six months will be placed on a restricted status for six months.
  • While on restricted status, only same-day appointments may be scheduled.
    • If no additional appointments are missed during this time, the restriction will be lifted.
  • Exceptions may be made for urgent health needs.
