We’re excited to share the incredible success of our 3rd—and biggest—Health Fair yet! Each year, our fair continues to grow, thanks to the amazing patients, families, and community members who come together to celebrate health and wellness.

Thanks to our partnership with the Care Van sponsored by Jewel-Osco, the generous support of Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois, the University of Chicago, Senator Ram Villivalam, and State Representative Kevin Olickal, we were able to bring vital health services directly to our community. Together, here’s what we achieved:

• 172 Vaccines Administered
• 104 flu shots
• 55 COVID shots
• 6 pneumonia shots
• 2 shingles shots
• 5 tetanus shots
• 275 total attendees
• 4 mammograms scheduled
• 45 cooking demonstrations
