Tapestry 360 Health

Access to quality health care is among the many concerns that have resulted from the recent federal actions. During this time of uncertainty, we want to assure you that Tapestry 360 Health will continue to care for our patients as we always have, regardless of the future.

Every year, we serve 29,000 individuals – including families, immigrants, refugees, and those struggling with mental health, addiction, and more. These individuals rely on us for primary care, oral health, maternal and child services, and mental health support. We proudly cultivate an inclusive environment where unique experiences and perspectives are valued and respected – this is our greatest strength.

As always:

  • We offer affordable primary health care as well as mental health and dental services.
  • Everyone is welcome and treated with respect when they come through our doors.
  • Our patients will receive care without fear of any adverse action, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, legal status, gender or sexual orientation.
  • For those without insurance, our sliding fee scale based on a person’s income level remains intact.
  • Our behavioral health team is here to offer emotional support to you and your family.

We take your trust in us seriously and will continue to provide the best possible care for our patients. Together, we continue to offer vital services to those who need it most.
