What Is the Sliding Fee Scale?
Our sliding fee scale is for people without health insurance. It lets you pay based on what you can afford, starting at just $30. This covers a visit with a medical provider and may include extra services like x-rays and lab tests.
How to Qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale
To qualify, bring proof of your income from the past 30 days to your visit. If you are self-employed (like an uber driver), please bring your most recent tax return. If you don't have any income, a notarized letter from the person who supports you is required.
If your visit includes a prescription, our team will work with you to get medications at a low cost so that you can receive the care you need.
