Anteriormente se desempe&ntilde;&oacute; como directora de Operaciones M&eacute;dicas en Church Health en Memphis (Tennessee), un sistema de salud multiespecialidad sin fines de lucro de car&aacute;cter religioso que atiende a m&aacute;s de 30,000 pacientes. El enfoque en la calidad es fundamental en la labor de Jeneba: cuenta con un cintur&oacute;n verde en el m&eacute;todo &lsquo;lean six sigma&rsquo; y cre&oacute; el departamento de calidad en Church Health.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, fue profesora adjunta en la Universidad de Memphis, donde imparti&oacute; clases de Liderazgo en Atenci&oacute;n de la Salud. Se licenci&oacute; por la Universidad de Tennessee en Chattanooga en Salud y Rendimiento Humano&ndash;Fisiolog&iacute;a y Kinesiolog&iacute;a. Obtuvo una maestr&iacute;a en Administraci&oacute;n de Atenci&oacute;n de la Salud de la Universidad de Memphis. Es miembro del Colegio Estadounidense de Ejecutivos de Atenci&oacute;n de la Salud y de la Asociaci&oacute;n Nacional de Ejecutivos de Servicios de Salud. En 2021, Jeneba obtuvo el reconocimiento del <em>Memphis Business Journal<\/em> al ser nombrada en la lista &lsquo;Forty under
