Sonia Oyola es especialista en medicina familiar desde hace m&aacute;s de 15 a&ntilde;os. Desde que se doctor&oacute; por la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Illinois y complet&oacute; el programa de Residencia en Medicina Familiar del Condado de Cook, ha prestado servicio a las comunidades m&aacute;s desaventajadas del oeste y sur de Chicago. En 2013, la realizaci&oacute;n de una beca en Medicina Integrativa a trav&eacute;s de la Universidad de Arizona consolid&oacute; su amor por las pr&aacute;cticas de medicina mente-cuerpo, tales como la meditaci&oacute;n de conciencia plena y las t&eacute;cnicas de respiraci&oacute;n, para el alivio del dolor, el estr&eacute;s y el sufrimiento. La Dra.
