At Tapestry 360 Health, healthcare is about more than treating illness \u2014 it\u2019s about helping patients feel empowered, informed, and supported throughout their wellness journey.<\/p>\n

For Sabrina Arancibia, MPH, that mission is at the heart of everything she does as a Health Educator.<\/p>\n

With a background in public health, community wellness, disease prevention, and global health outreach, Sabrina has spent years helping people better understand and care for their health in accessible and compassionate ways.<\/p>\n

A Passion for Community Health<\/h3>\n

Sabrina\u2019s passion for health education began during college when she served as a peer health educator, helping students learn about wellness, stress management, sexual health, and substance use prevention. She later expanded that work internationally through health outreach initiatives in Peru, where she helped deliver basic health education and support to underserved communities outside of Lima.<\/p>\n

Those experiences shaped her passion for community-centered healthcare and helping patients feel informed rather than overwhelmed.<\/p>\n

\"Sabrina<\/p>\n

Meeting Patients Where They Are<\/h3>\n

Today at Tapestry 360 Health, Sabrina works directly with patients to provide nutrition education and wellness support tailored to each person\u2019s unique circumstances and readiness for change.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery patient is different,\u201d Sabrina explained. \u201cEveryone comes in with different experiences, beliefs, stressors, and levels of readiness. My job is to meet patients where they are and help them feel supported.\u201d<\/p>\n

She believes health education should focus on empowerment \u2014 giving patients the tools and knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their own health.<\/p>\n

One moment that especially stood out to Sabrina was hearing a patient explain, in their own words, why they were making healthier food choices after learning about fiber, cholesterol, and blood sugar management during their sessions together.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s the goal,\u201d she shared. \u201cI\u2019m not trying to fix everyone. I want patients to feel empowered with information so they can make healthy decisions confidently for themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n

A Holistic Approach to Wellness<\/h3>\n

One of the things Sabrina loves most about Tapestry 360 Health is its holistic approach to wellness through services like acupuncture, prenatal classes, cooking demonstrations, wellness groups, and movement-based programs.<\/p>\n

\"Sabrina<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not just about physical health,\u201d Sabrina explained. \u201cIt\u2019s about mental health, emotional health, social health, and making sure patients feel truly supported.\u201d<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys taking dance classes, attending hockey games, binge-watching ER, and \u2014 surprisingly \u2014 working part-time as a game show host.<\/p>\n
