Ahora, un nuevo Centro de Innovaci\u00f3n en Albany Park, ICAP, busca demostrar que alinear los roles del equipo de atenci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de las relaciones con los pacientes en lugar de las transacciones proporcionar\u00e1 mejores resultados de salud, una mejor experiencia del paciente y m\u00e1s alegr\u00eda en el trabajo para los miembros del equipo de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El 1 de febrero, tres l\u00edderes de ICAP, la administradora del sitio de Tapestry Albany Park, Gloria Mejia, y los m\u00e9dicos Jeff Panzer y Ron Chacko, presentaron su visi\u00f3n para ICAP y una caracter\u00edstica clave de esa visi\u00f3n, el nuevo puesto de coordinador del equipo de atenci\u00f3n. Si bien los tres pisos brindan refugio y mucho espacio, dijo, la construcci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida dej\u00f3 una base inestable, dejando vulnerable a toda la estructura.<\/p>\n<p>Continu\u00f3 diciendo que la creaci\u00f3n de un \u00abhogar m\u00e9dico centrado en el paciente\u00bb m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido requiere un equipo de innovaci\u00f3n para repensar la casa desde los cimientos. Describi\u00f3 un momento en que el c\u00e1ncer de endometrio de un paciente podr\u00eda haberse detectado antes con un enfoque de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s innovador.<\/p>\n<p>En el nuevo enfoque que describi\u00f3 Panzer, los CTC estar\u00e1n presentes durante la visita de un paciente y luego servir\u00e1n como un punto de contacto principal para preguntas, inquietudes y referencias.
