En otras ocasiones, usted podr&iacute;a sentir que algo va mal y colaboraremos con usted para diagnosticar su problema.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En ambos casos, trabajaremos con usted para comprender qu&eacute; es lo que va mal. Esto nos ayuda a identificar los problemas a los que se enfrenta y colaborar con usted para que pueda hacer frente a su enfermedad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Podr&iacute;amos conseguir referirle a servicios externos como la administraci&oacute;n de casos, la psicoterapia o las pruebas neuropsicol&oacute;gicas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:36;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Administraci\u00f3n de medicamentos y educaci\u00f3n<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>La otra parte importante de nuestro trabajo es identificar si el uso de medicamentos podr\u00eda ayudarle. Podemos ayudar a las personas a empezar a tomar un medicamento. <\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n nos aseguramos de que todo medicamento que usted est\u00e9 tomando en la actualidad a\u00fan tenga el efecto deseado. Durante las visitas de seguimiento, comprobaremos su progreso y ajustaremos los medicamentos seg\u00fan sea necesario. <\/p>\n<p>Un proveedor psiqui\u00e1trico forma parte de su equipo de atenci\u00f3n general. Le ofreceremos consultas peri\u00f3dicas, en conjunto con sus otros proveedores.
